Joan is a Kiwi Farmer’s name

Can’t wait until this suit concludes so he can finally release the Jan 6 video Clueless

On its face, this shit is hilarious.

And then you think about how this has fucked up Destiny's reputation, and life, and time, and money for well over a year now.

And then you think about how this is paid for with TAXPAYER MONEY, hiring the judge, reading over filings, setting court dates, having TAXPAYER MONEY wasted on something vexatious and frivolous.

And then you dig DEEPER, and realise this ENTIRE LAWSUIT has physically destroyed the ability for Destiny to go after the ACTUAL PREDATOR in the UK, who Pxie HAS NOT MADE PARTY TO THE CASE WHEN HE WAS THE ONE WHO LEAKED THE VIDEOS.

When you think of that awkward, shuffling, bullshit hearing through that lens? It's no longer funny. It's INFURIATING.

Your honor, I have no evidence, that means he destroyed all of it. I file for death penalty.

This is a deposition Joan marked as confidential, btw. And now she suddenly released it, without bothering to redact any information. That includes an innocent victim's full legal name, that is having sensitive personal information dragged into the spotlight.

Suit destiny >>> Suit hassan

Just wanted to say - Mr. Brettler is BASED and as someone write in a chat, how i wish he could come on stream after this clown show concludes and told us some funny stories about all this. This is unlikely probably, but still would be cool if possible.

Destiny is a girls court case

If Jane keeps her law license, she can definitely get a job at the DOJ

"Your honor, the evidence is in here, just look for it idk"
Seriously?

The mix of internet bs and actual real grown up life is making me feel really uneasy. I felt better when anything online was not serious but these snarker ghouls and the farms have memed way too close to the sun

This whole thing feels like a Suits Bloopers Compilation

22:24 Joan doing Gay ops

My father was emotionally unavailable during my childhood.

How do they not piece together a basic argument? Like spoliation = has evidence + knew you should keep it + deleted it. So judge asks 'did he have it'? - we don't know. 'Did he know he should keep it?' - ....no? 'Did he delete it?' - He hasn't give it to us, so maybe? who knows? 'Do you have any evidence of any of those three because I'm not getting it' - uhhh, here is the whole deposition.

The lack of professionalism is so nuts my guys

The way this case is playing out sounds like something out of a really bad courtroom show

I’m learning so much about courts and the civil legal process. Big ups to Destiny for doing all this just to teach us

it's fucking abhorrent that a person's career can be impunibly nuked from orbit by such incompetent, small-minded pedants

could easily make a movie based on all this.
