I've watched 3 or 4 of your videos, and you're  a true craftsman. I enjoy watching the videos on how you solve the problem with these snooker cues that you get from your clients. The one before where you made a  permanently extending the John Parris classic  for the client was very interesting. What I didn't know during the video was thar making the shaft longer also meant the balance would also be a big deal. I'm your standard pool player, but I've watched a few matches on Snooker, but after watching your videos, I'm learning that even snooker players can tell when you've made these adjustments, but in the end they'll be very happy with all the work to restore their cue and know that the quality and time was put into doing this work will benefit them in the long run. I enjoyed your videos, and I'm looking forward to seeing your next video. Please keep making these videos as they are very educational.

One tip i recently scored, if you needed to you could score some marks above the joint and grain fill it to try and match the bottom grain better
