I am 70 years old and have been shooting for quite a long time.  I have watched a ton of YouTube videos explaining what MRAD/Mil and MOA are and how they are an “angular” measurement, but your graph is the first I have seen that easily shows how they are an angle in relationship to a circle compared to a flatline linear measurement.  Believe it or not your graph makes others I have seen understandable.  Thank you for the explanation.

I have not come across a better video covering mil and moa adjustments with ideal visual (video) capture.

Reticle only, no rounds or on paper, very clear.

Great job! Very well put together!

That was the greatest explanation I've ever heard to distinguish between the MOA and the MIL. Lauren, you're a natural teacher. Thanks, AOA!

I wish saw I this before I bought my scope. I am a newbie. Best explanation ever.

I don’t know if anyone else has told you, but this is one of the best graphically edited videos I’ve seen on YouTube. Nice work!

You gave the best explanation pf MOA and Mil ever. Going for distance go Mil, closer MOA.

Both work. Both work very well. You have to sit down and think about what you are more comfortable with. If you shoot daily you can get used to either system, but if your shooting is once or twice a week, you are better off picking the system that you are more comfortable with.

It is easier if you understand metrical system 1 mill = 10cm @ 100 meters. Measure your target in meters and you will find that is way “easier” to calculate the adjustment.

MIL is for us using the metric system 👍 1 MIL is 10 centimeters at 100 meters 🙂

Great demonstration, its simple and concise to the point. Now, please make a video on SFP vs FFP scopes

Well you did a better job of helping me understand and know just what scope setup is best for my shooting needs Thank you. I will be happy will MOA on my rifles since I have never shot out past 100 yards. It is amazing that an air rifle channel in my backyard(AZ) helped me out most.

OUTSTANDING JOB explaining MIL vs MOA.  Totally clear and precise!!!

Awesome video im s beginner and I only been using MOA scopes and this week I order a mrad u was worry about my decision, but then I found this video and I'm going to save it to learn how to use my new scope, thank you so much

I have tried to understand this, talked to shooting friends, but never could understand MIL, until now. Thank you so much for being very informative. I am going to stick with MOA. Good job Ma’am!

Lauren, Awesome job explaining MOA/ MIL. Your choice of scopes, for your many years of competition, have severed you well. Thank you.

That's the easiest way to understand the reticle scales of these two types of telescopes for those new to the world of shooting, I think. For professionals, there will be more parameters to understand at a more advanced level. Thank you, beautiful admin, for opening up our insights for beginners.

That was the best and easiest explanation.  Perfect!!!

Excellent video and those athlone Scopes got some true tracking

Great video!!! It was straight forward and easy to understand, plus your explanation of each system’s uses was very helpful. Thanks Lauren and AOA

Thank you for this clearly explained video. This is the best.
