Smart move this from Foster. The connection with Ryan Reynolds will improve his social media tenfold and give him a wider recognition in the USA.

@Ravrjei 3 years ago

what a smart move, man is a walking billboard for the club with his huge following and awesome personality and still a quality keeper! go on ben!

As a Wrexham fan, this is amazing news. I've been HOPING and BEGGING for this for the entire season, beyond buzzed that it's actually happened. Notts are fucked :D Best of luck in the playoffs!

Very smart business from Wrexham. Getting in genuinely likeable, quality players with big media profiles is sure to help them build their status as a club as they climb through the EFL. Rob McElhenney doesn’t get the credit he deserves either. He’s more passionate about and puts more time into the project than Reynolds. And is a brilliant creative mind, really interesting to see the novel ways they promote the club as the profile grows.

I can't wait for Ben Foster & Ryan reynolds podcast. I am an Arsenal fan, you can tell foster just loves the game, had a decent career hope wrexham do get that promotion

As a Man Utd fan since 2000, so happy for Ben. Class act and model professional. Good luck mate! Absolutely buzzin

He's a good lad. But he knows it's a good social media move aswell.

One of the most likeable people in football, good luck to the lad.

Bon Foster is a top man. Brining kindness and insight into the world of football. British football needs 5 more Ben fosters.

As a Watford fan, I just want to say you're a absolute legend Ben 🙌 so happy he's doing this

Going from retirement to saving a PK at the end of a game between the two top teams that secured the win and kept them ahead, amazing pickup for Wrexham. Good thing he wanted to give back to the club he was with early on

@daviddavies3637 3 years ago

Ben's always come across as a genuinely decent guy. As a Man United fan AND someone who's always followed Wrexham as a second team, being the only professional North Wales team, I'm really happy he's joining.

Poor rob, he is the one who had Ryan join him in co-owning but gets forgotten by the media.

@alexanderrose1071 3 years ago

Rob McElhenney is the more important of the two owners, not Ryan Reynolds. Don’t disrespect Rob.

@Jdkieddj 3 years ago

DUDE, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Foster actually signed?! That is so wild! Wrexham has been having a terrible consistency with their keepers, Rob Lainton can't stay healthy which is very unlucky for him.

But this signing is pretty unreal! And super exciting!

This suits all parties. This isn’t about money. Ben Foster is on a career path post football that involved YouTube, podcasts and social media, Ryan Reynolds is a walking billboard and can increase your following to a worldwide audience who would never know who you were otherwise. Paul Mullin is like Brad Pitt to Americans ffs 😭. What an amazing time to be a wrexham fan. I’m jealous

That last minute penalty save 🤯🤯 Ben Foster 🔥🔥

@Robert.Sheard 3 years ago

This might be the feel-good story of the season. Well done, Wrexham and Fozzy.

@Jackrabbitslim. 3 years ago

So refreshing to hear a footballer speak like this and I don't doubt him for a second when he says it's not about the money. Top man Foster

@zpopinfresh 3 years ago

Well, this was a great move for Ben, not only after saving that penalty, but being part of the promotion side will keep Ben in the hearts of Wrexham fans for a hundred years
