YES YES YES Digging through boxes.  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Big box of yarn?
Every knitter and crocheter in the comments: “Hold my beer”. 😂

So many little mysteries and untold stories.

The little bits in the glass jar that came out the same box as the wood  burner are different tips to the wood burner iron

So loving ❤️ going through the boxes with you !!! 🤗😊🤭😘

Rum butter is the best life saver flavor. Ahh the memories....

I love going through boxes full of things to look through. Yes, I'm enjoying watching you go through all the boxes

Every time I see you do a clean out, I have the urge to declutter my house.  Does this happen to anyone else??

I'm overwhelmed just watching you go ftom room to room. I think I would have to start from one area of the house, clear it - then move to the next areA leaving an empty room behind me.  Wow, what an undertaking.

Old champagne from certain vintages will sell for much higher than you may think. Say you bought the bottle for $100, If the vintage that year was good, then 30 years later, You're looking at return of 5x or 10x. If it was a bad year, your return is closer to a 2x or 4x.

Luckily for you, 1995 was a good year, and the current selling price for one is between $300 and $1000, depending on how desperately you want one.
Having them sealed in box will add on more value as well.

If you do not want to deal with yarn, and it is in good condition (obviously), I believe there is a seniors home over by Telus World of Science that usually has a sign out front asking for yarn donations. I love that you try to pass on as much of the usable items as possible and keep them out of the landfill! You are a good person :)

I love when you dig through the boxes and explained all kinds of stuff mostly because i got to know about new things i never seen before or interesting things we don't have/use anymore. Also reading through the comments and learning from people who maybe know a lot of different things

Love the videos where you go thru boxes

That ambulance sure would come in handy about now!

Missed opportunity for a Dad joke at 24:19 –
“I almost walked through the screen door. I could have strained myself.” 🤣

That fur collar may never have gone to any (one) specific coat, if we're talking Victorian or Edwardian you would just sew it on with tack stitches to which ever coat/cloak/bodice you wanted to dress up for the season. Vintage fur, even a detached collar like this, is always desirable. 💚

It seems like it should be winter with lots of snow around when Alex starts a house clearance

I found one of those black panthers at a thrift store one time and it sold about 3 years ago for about $100.

I love seeing what you come across 😊😊😊
