I’ve never been so happy to see someone get the recognition they deserve as I am for Sean in this video. He loves the community and the community loves him back!

@donnasweet4408 11 months ago

I caught myself smiling every time someone stopped to say thank you. The people do love you, and are thankful. It keeps you going knowing you are appreciated for what you do. You're the best.

How could anyone be frustrated by the amount of love that the community is showing for Sean and the work that he does? It's a beautiful thing!

@quiltedess-k7k 11 months ago

I’m not frustrated AT ALL with the people who stop by to talk to you and speak of their deep appreciation for your work. It gives me the warmest feelings of love and hope to see those beautiful, kind-hearted people. Love you and love them.

The number of people who stopped to thank you is just wonderful. It shows how much you are appreciated.

@BrandonCaneva 11 months ago

The people stopping and talking is a true testament to the impact of “being a good human being” and of your spreading kindness to your “neighbors”.

Fame and popularity are hard to live up to....but being genuinely appreciated is a blessing.

@bluesbabe73 11 months ago

Being "overwhelmed" by a grateful community shows just how truly appreciated you are!

I LOVE how you never make someone feel bad for interrupting! Most people would have gotten frustrated and a bit short with folks. Not you! You make everyone feel loved and welcome. That will build community like nothing else. What a blessing!!

Thanks again, Sean! Officer Burke needs to received special recognition for her "over and above" work to improve safety for everyone!

Crazy thing is that little brick house on the corner is so cute! That house is screaming for someone to buy it and rehab it. That would be the nicest looking house on the street if somebody would just give it a little TLC.

@edwardmcdonald1082 10 months ago

I drove by this house, and someone illegally dumped some yard waste on the cement pad in the back yard. 😢
But the good news is, I've cut 2 yards on my own block, because I'm tired of looking at it, and I'm 68 years old, still working full time. Thanks for helping us get this together.

One of the most beautiful things about you, Sean, is that ANYONE can approach you and feel seen and heard. You're YouTube famous, Sean!! 🎉 I love that you're recognized for who you are and what you do. God bless you and your family!

It makes my heart happy to see the joy in your face when people stop to thank you. Love what you do. God bless you.❤❤

The positive feedback you received from the neighbors in the community that they appreciate your work has to be a real motivating factor for you to continue your work in cleaning up neglected properties.

The number of people who stopped to speak with you just shows the difference you are making. You are a true blessing to Detroit. Well done!

@Mariamacsarah-y4v 11 months ago

So sweet everybody stopping to say hi and thank you. Bless you Sean.

Sean, we need to get you a visibility vest for when you're working busy streets like that. The dad in me kept wanting to divert traffic for your safety.
