In today's video we are using our Morphy Richards Fast Bake Breadmaker to make a granary brown bread loaf, you will need a fair few ingrediants that can be bought from most small shops and supermarkets. The breadmaker will do most of the heavy lifting and does around 2 hours to complete then you have nice fresh bread. It does make a difference - giving a slightly higher rise - and stops a collapse due to possible poorer quality gluten in the flour.
