I believe that the fish was heavy. I fish and clean fish but I never caught anything that big. After cleaning you should feel relief that the job is over, I was worn out watching you. It's no easy job. Then you made the sauce to cover the fish, it looked good and I wanted to taste it. I know that fish is going to be delicious, wish I was there to enjoy. Thanks for the video. CT.
