So sad that the amount of fear this evil family has had over this town!!

Nelson County resident here.  Coxs Creek to be exact, not too far from the last known search for Crystals remains by the FBI.. Her disappearance, or her murder, and then her father's murder is heartbreaking. I often see sweet Sherry Ballard at the Walmart in Bardstown and she remains so sweet, always with a smile on her face and sweetness in her voice.  Shes so strong and has had so much tragedy.  It's amazing she can continue on, let alone with a smile on her sweet face.  Justice is coming for these evil, evil people!

I am so grateful to you all for covering this trial. This case, the deaths of Crystal Rogers and her father, and the obvious guilt of the boyfriend and his family and cohort, has haunted me for years and I had no idea there was finally a trial. I look forward to the day the monster who took her from her FIVE babies gets locked away forever. His brother should be next. The fact that the rest of that rotten family walks free is an abomination. Thank you so much for your coverage. I am so glad these videos randomly popped up in my feed. The story going around is:
Brooke’s was laundering drug money through his various rental properties. He was moving large quantities of drugs in with Steve Lawson. Crystal found out and kept a paper trail that she told sherry about, but never told sherry where she kept the documents, they were hidden. Crystal was leaving Brooke’s and had been looking at apartments. Brookes knew if Crystal left she was going to go to the police about what he was doing.

Why on that call did Brooks not answer him about a rental house or tell him he would ask Crystal about the rental property and get back to him?  That call was planned which is why he didn’t circle back about finding out the info about the rental property after he talks to Crystal.

We all waited a long time for this 👍✅
