Tradizionalmente a Firenze le trattorie storiche erano aperte solo a pranzo, prima che la città diventasse un luna park per turisti. Ormai restano solo Burde e la mitica Grotta Parri, onore a loro ❤

Devo ASSOLUTAMENTE venire da voi ad assaggiare questo piatto! Vivendo in campagna, avendo giocato col fuoco da quando ero un bimbo a cuocere le salsicce sul bastoncino pulito col coltello fino ad oggi che "gioco" col braciere a legna di oltre un metro quadro e con il BBQ a gas di norma non ordino mai la bistecca al ristorante perché me la so fare benissimo da solo comprando carni selezionate ben frollate...ma questa è un'altra cosa...esprime una ricchezza di sapori e consistenze tradizionali di questa famiglia da oltre 100 anni. Che SPETTACOLO!
