In here she just mentioned MJ throwing a shoe at his father. MJ said the same thing in a recorded phone convo. I believe this women. Shes not crazy, she honest.

This would explain Michael's very soft spoken voice and demeanor  when not performing  ... shyness, quiet, fear, embarrassment just as Latoya said about herself.

LaToya is by far the strongest member of the Jackson Family. She acknowledged the problem and tried to find ways to heal. Has anyone seen that reality TV show where she persuaded Joseph to let her call him father? Wow, that was a punch to the emotions. That calm voice... I could imagine the children developed it to seem less threatening to their father to avoid beatings... as a defense mechanism. So, sad what was done to those kids.
