20:19 Losing 8 pounds in 3 days is generally bad and considered unsafe, as it is almost entirely water weight, muscle tissue, or waste rather than fat. A healthy, sustainable rate is 1–2 pounds per week. Such rapid loss can cause fatigue, dehydration, nutrient deficiencies, and gallstones.
