this is like an academic and an engineer arguing. one says you gotta factor in other things, and the other says that the factors are insignificant and should not affect the overall result.

Both of them have always had strong differing opinions regarding the game, its why they worked so well when Facecheck was recorded.

Can't wait for the LS review of this review, and then Doms review of that review

Dom innovated the Unc meta and thats why I think he's the GOAT

this is whats so weird about the youtube era. people really dont get the idea of two adults having different views on a topic. its not drama, they arent fighting. they just disagree on the idea of league of legends. they obviously both have valid points and super smart about the game. this is literally where the idea of "agree to disagree" comes from. i would love to hear them have a convo

You and LS should do a podcast to debate these ideas. I think I'd call it facecheck. Maybe locodoco could be a guest.

This isn't even an LS vs Dom video, the comments are just horny for drama. It's clear that Dom and LS have different views, and this video shows it. Dom and LS disagree a lot, but they also agree a fair share on certain things in the video. They've also had a podcast before and know each other decently well and an actual conversation on these topics would be insightful on both ends.

Edit: Some people are trying to say that the Title and Thumbnail mean that it IS an LS vs Dom video, without taking any context of what the video's content is nor consider the fact that the Title and Thumbnail could just be used for clickbait, and that this channel is run by editors, not entirely Dom himself.

LS reminds me of the college professors that are really smart about a subject but they always teached and never worked on the field so they want you to make a practical thing in the optimal theorically possible way and gets angry when nobody is able to do it... like yeah when air pressure does exist and the ground isnt perfectly leveled it is impossible to build the perfect bridge

The innovator remark almost made it feel like he can only recall your acquaintanceship and not even of the history of your time as a player(pro/and streamer) or as an analyst with streaming.

Practicality vs slightly unrealistic min-maxing ,a pretty good look into the idea that 2 people who know a lot about the same subject can get to completely different ways of thinking .

Holy cow I feel like I’m being gaslit by the comments. Incredible deep dive by Dom, and he was very civil here (tbf, he always is with the exceptions of Piglet, Aki, and T1).

My two cents: I go to co-streamers to get insight on the game actually being played and understand what the players are actually thinking. So regardless of who’s “right,” ultimately, what Dom is saying and his “theory of League” is more relevant and thus valuable.

Dom vs LS? I always feared this day would come.

Vi was banned 172 times in LCK. Out of the 14 games that she didn't get banned she has 64% win rate and 7.5 KDA. Jarvan was picked 2 times and was never banned. In LPL she was banned 178 times and picked 82 times with 56% win rate. Jarvan was only picked 8 times and never got banned.

Yes, thank you for bringing Iceborn Udyr top. My eyes are still recovering.

UDYR, top yes, Rumble JG, even Naafiri right now. You've been right about a lot of meta picks.

I used to be a big LS stan, but i kinda agree with Dom's take on LS' views, especially surrounding lane. It could be LS' background in TCGs that influence his opinions, but how he can even say a comp is trash, and then call it an A- comp is beyond me. The reason I bring up TCG is because in my experience with the Yugioh comm, everything is min maxed, and if it isnt, then it's bad... Which works for a card game, but idk if the same is ALWAYS true for league or legends.

"if you're using vi you're intentionally abusing the level of players you're up against" BROTHER WHAT HIGHER LEVEL IS THERE OVER PRO PLAY 😭😭😭

LS' ultimate ability is sticking to any thought he has even if it's wrong, then talking down and gaslighting people with other opinions that THEY'RE wrong.

LS just has the biggest hate boner for C9 after they fired his ass lmaoooo

LS: Vi is one dimensional so shes bad.

Also LS: Malzahar and Support Nasus is broken because you click one button and it just works 😂
