21 years of playing RuneScape has made me immune to doubling scams IRL

My girlfriend got scammed out of thousands from this exact scam. The banks didn't give her money back. It really affected her mental health and even after 12 months since she got scammed she is still affected by this. I am glad you are exposing these people Jim. You are a good man.

As atomic shrimp always says, if you have the ability to double your money, there is absolutely ZERO reason to get others involved. Any real person would just put their own money back in.

At 6:32 , that default SimSun font is a dead giveaway for typeface nerds. It is the default font in the Chinese edition of Windows. You will often see it printed in manuals and on the back of cheap products imported from China

Processed in a casino on Macau? Somebody watched too many Bond movies 🤣

These scams are filled with too good to be true tactics

Encouraging people to anti-scam for a bit of money is just going to end up with idiots taking the advice, getting too greedy and then getting scammed

My girlfriend regularly gets contacted by several groups like this. She will do the first entry-level part, Cash out, then block them. Were probably up $500

This is surreal with the "list of tasks" - it feels like they were inspired by Kitboga's customer service maze

You can always recognize the font used by Chinese, as shown in @6:36.

I've taken like $600 from these scammers, although more recently they started paying less to gain trust. The strange thing I have noticed is that i will go a few months without them contacting me, and then i will get 2-3 in a week

4:48 this is just majestic. They couldn't find a single convincing-looking dude to actually say the text? They HAD TO use a still image where only the face moves? C'mon, this is new level of lazy. It would take them as much time and effort to record it live.

people really need to learn to NOT TRUST RANDOM STRANGERS OFFERING YOU MONEY ONLINE.

@Eswarr 1 year ago

I take the money and block them 😂

Jim, I think we all know, there is nothing too childish when annoying scammers.

Thanks for putting my onto my new side job! So, not only can I disincentivize scammers from continuing to scam, but I can get PAID to do it? This is fucking great. 😂

the problem is we live in Indonesia, which the scam is really unpredictable.
