Our BleepinJeep Patreon ride takes us deep into Tackett Creek for a full day of wheeling, hidden overlooks, slick climbs, recoveries, and one seriously steep rock face.

Jason knows this place like the back of his hand, so he leads us through some spots we didn’t hit the day before, including the Goat Cave, V-Rock, a few nasty little climbs, and one of the best overlooks in the area. Along the way we get stuck, pull some winch line, run one Jeep out of gas, and somehow keep everybody moving.

Then we finish the day at the Slate Wall.

It doesn’t look nearly as steep on camera as it does in person. The first section is polished and slick, and once you start climbing, you’re pretty well committed. The Scorpion makes it look easy… then the rest have to see if they can do the same.
