Get str to 100 without using any potions. Then smoke 2x strongest swampweed which will reduce your str by 12, though it shows 10. Train str to 112 before debuff weares off and only then use perma str potions.

For bloodfly transformation flying: "unsheath" it's weapon and spam attacks while gliding, you will cover like double the distance.

In my experience, to fly for a long time as a blood fly, it is enough to simply hold down the sprint button before you fly off the surface, and then you fly faster and can reach the chest even before you touch the broken bridge.

4:46 sword of fear is not there anymore, it's replaced with a chest with a bunch of scrolls inside

You can gen the Robe of Dark Arts in first chapter by defeating some undead and one demon boss beneath sunken tower.

FYI: At the tower, before you fly over to the final chest, if you go up to the top of the tower there is a chest with a key inside that opens a chest a couple floors below in the bedroom area. That chest has some very strong armor for midgame and a great mana amulet...after obtaining this loot, then fly over to the final chest. (You will need the climbing skill to reach top of the tower)

For the first one the interesting way is that you can do it in chapter one and give Milten the letter at the same time for that nice Reward from Torezz, if you go out the southern gate there's a house on the left, if you use meatbug to go in, you can get early loot, but if you follw the tunnel that's under that house you'll get under the broken tower of the castle, you need another meetbug to go inside, for me Milten did run down there and was checking the tunnel after I opened the secret door so I gave him the letter in chapter 1, then you can go up and out into the castle, you then probably need one more casting of the spell to get underground like in the video, but I feel like having that escape route open and giving milten the letter is worth it as Torezz has stat improving rings as a reward which are huge at the begining.

When you fly to get a war crossbow, change to attack animation and keep attacking which keeps you more or less at the same height.

Hedge bow is not in castle wine cellar near corpse. Now its a weak riders bow.

The bloodfly will hold it's height if you switch to melee mode and keep attacking. So you can access the crossbow of war without climbing the tower.

start with bows, and use that for everything, explore swamp club for some extra one handed axe
Put 50 in strength, beat Thorus, or temple guard, explore till you get Troll Fist, and go fully into magic for stun lightning balls, and better healing

I managed to get my hands on a very nice two-handed sword both in the original as well as in the remake. All you have to do is get to the old mine, go down and lure some minecrawlers towards the templars. Usually one of them goes down so quickly loot him and you'll get 74 dmg sword for free and zero effort.

11:15 stone golem ain't petrified it is incomplete, actually this is the place where someone crafted golems, by finding this place we see tools and lifting equipment
14:10 you can easily glide there if you start gliding from the very top of fortress on top spot of stair. Also you can get there even from the broken bridge by constant pressing charge attack on bloodfly

It's so easy to abuse the game mechanics in Gothic to get some OP gear or clean the old mine for xp. It kinda depends on your personal ruleset, if you wanna abuse it all or just use what you can realistically get. For instance if you invited to Gomez and you clean the room, he just normally speaks to you, while his closest bodyguards lie dead in front of him.
