The funniest thing is in the german dub the Daleks never use the word "Exterminieren" but "Eliminiren" which means the same. And than they don't use it the one time they are in Germany

theory that the doctor has thought they’re alright because everyone got happy endings, right? but the the toymaker’s puppet scene was where 14 realized no, everything’s not alright, those people might have gotten happy endings but he still lost them, and that ties in to him staying behind with donna & co because he can’t keep going and losing people and pretending it’s all fine
