She lives alone. After a stroke left her with speech and mobility difficulties, and with no family nearby to help, this bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned in years.
In this video, I take you through the entire deep clean — from the overwhelming mess to a fresh, safe, and hygienic space she can be proud of again.

Barbie, you made it so much better. I'm not hating or disrespecting this lady but she is a hoarder and that mindset can't be changed in a short time. You made her space safer and cleaner for her and her kitty and that counts 100%.
I hope you feel better soon. Got my hype in for you.💕

It was surprising in a way that she was able to allow you to clean as much as you did. She really trusted you, Barbie. You are a compassionate person and understand their feelings. Its about them and you did a wonderful job.

You did a lovely job for her, considering her reluctance.

Barbie, thanks for your kindness to people. The cleaning was a big improvement,I know it's disappointing when you can't clean as you want but even then the result was better.

Thanks for the update on Jacqueline. It's great that you're checking in with her. I hope she stays comfortable as long as possible.❤

It's a shame that she didn't let you do what she really needed. You did a fantastic job! ❤

Mack from Midwest Magic Cleaning has said even if the house goes back to the same condition later, at least he gave the person a brief amount of time where they can relax and feel better. Some people will need ongoing help and some won't. So yes, you are helping even if it doesn't stay that way. 💖

I understand your frustration, Barbie. You did a beautiful job in spite of not finishing the job the way you wanted.
Thank you for helping this lady❤

Even though you faced resistance from the Lady, you managed to do an incredible job! ❤

My sweet Barbie with people in her situation you can only do so much and too much change gets them flustered and disoriented. They dont know any better. Poor lady i feel for those who dont have anybody. Im glad that you are making a difference in their lives. ❤❤❤ keep pushing forward. ❤❤❤

Barbie, this looks great! I can understand she probably began to panic and considering that she made a comment to you that she is not stupid. She’s just feeling frustrated from her stroke and the things that she’s not able to do. I hope that she appreciates all the hard work you put into making her living space safer. Deep down she knows you were really trying to help her. Don’t think anything different!

It’s a healthier environment for her, and the cat. You can be proud of your work, even if it’s not as much as you wanted to do.

You can tell from the yellowing books that she tends to keep everything even if she's not using them, it's an issue with some people but I'm glad you got her home in a more livable condition. You have a heart of gold.

Barbie everything looks so much better. The fact that you respected her better and her boundaries is really wonderful. She didn't feel comfortable and that's ok. You gave her a clean home and a lot more room to move around. We love you so much the way you are and I respect your work, which is free.❤❤❤❤

Barbie, you always do the best and most you can. It's up to the person to accept what you do. You can't do what they don't want you to!
You are the best and sweetest person!! Love you!
