I swear I've watched this channel since I was a child. Always nice to see a new video

Internet historian created a whole fake character for a pun and they still think he didn’t take enough liberties lol

@slandracon3853 1 year ago

Actually SUPER appreciate him saying, "Hey in case you saw this slander about the poor lady and believed it, it was fake". You know someone saw one headline and ran with it.

I love the authentic Egyptian propaganda in the Canal Authority office.

I will say after the Costa Concordia video,it's good to see a semi competent ship crew and captain, captain definitely should have stepped in immediately after the pilots started giving directions to the helmsman

Did you know the Red Sea is actually considered a Lake. Yeah not only is it not Red, it's not a Sea either.

27:27 just noticed some brilliant foreshadowing once more: in this shot from the helmsman’s perspective, gene is missing from next to the captain, but when we return to him he’s there. because gene is in the captain’s head.

1:08:40 That's from 'This Video Is Sponsored By ■■■ VPN' by Tom Scott, where he talks about how most ad reads for VPNs misrepresent what they actually do and what people may need them for.

I had been looking forward to their reactions to that joke, and it was better than I anticipated.

27:25-27:41
"The two pilots begin bickering. And not just bickering normally.
They're bickering... in Arabic.

Arabic-kering."

Damn it, that's a good Dad Joke. 🤦

44:10 “Gladiator reference”. No, it’s not, that’s Dune again

@carltonmonarch1647 1 year ago

Internet Historian just posted another video after you guys watched this.

@JustazagZ 1 year ago

If I had to guess the disclaimer at the start was put there as he wants to make it clear what is added to the story given that a lot of people mistook jokes for real details back in the Costa Concordia video, and that there is explicit a significant amount of added stuff and properly sited sources after the whole Hole video incident.

The Ever Given crashed on my birthday.

1:49:59 thats such bs. it has to be considered inhumane... then again goverment and big companies... At least have it arranged for him to have food sent to the ship for him or if they are worried about him "running" have some staff with him. Like what the hell.

The whole deal? In ONE video?! I was expecting a two parter- I feel spoiled! Also I’m sorry about your scary alien tetanus infection. I hope you don’t mutate into some horrid evil creature; you’d lose your charismatic wit and charm.
