I swear, people are either gonna love or hate this video. There's no in between when it comes to Jeff the Killer.
Here it is, the long awaited Jeff the Killer retrospective! I said months in advance that I had a lot to say about this character (both positive and negative), and the time has arrived for me to express those thoughts and make my case for why I think this character - despite all his problems - deserves another shot.
Anyways, be sure to check out this year's Halloween Palooza when it drops this Halloween! I promise the mic quality will be good this time (hopefully).
Take care and I'll see y'all in the next one.

(NOTE: the association between the Rake, the Wendigo and the Skinwalker is actually a misconception in the creepypasta community, but I figured it needed to be brought up regardless. It was what I believed as a young teen during the height of creepypasta, and I'm sure there's others that believed the same thing, so I thought it was important to mention. Not that any of these three are even real to begin with, lmao.)

In the famous words of another fictional crazy man: "I regret nothing."
I hope you all enjoyed this long, nostalgia driven retrospective! Do you think Jeff deserves another shot, or should we let sleeping dogs lie? What would you do differently if you were to reboot the character? Leave your thoughts in the comments below!

EDIT: Just a heads up, the Ticci Toby rewrite has been postponed.
Initially I was gonna just do a revised version of the original story to cap off this year's 2024 Halloween Palooza. I don't like how the story handled Toby's tourettes, so I was just going to omit that from the narration and call it a day. But after watching both the Morgue Files and Pastra's rewrite, I felt inclined to throw my hat into the ring and flex my own writing capabilities. I do want to be able to write and publish my own original stories someday, so this seems like the perfect opportunity to work on that.
The Jeff the Killer shitpasta has also been cancelled for reasons I laid out in a recent community post. I won't be showcasing any MrCreepypasta clips in my videos going forward, the man is a freak and I had no idea until I recently saw Slimebeast's video on the matter. I apologize for even including clips of his in this video, he can rot in hell for all I care now.
