Question what is the concept behind the thumbs going down the back of the lower cranium? is it part of the Process of a style of Chiropractic Care?

Is the device you use on pt's lower back and feet similar to the activator that many chiropractors use?

I'd guess he's measuring the vertebrae number. His base point is the base of the skull, and he walks it down.
