I really like Stanley american accent give me railroad vibes and music added to immersion giving it a mid-20 century feel in the timeline.

Utterly incredible! I've said so on the second part of this collab too, but this story is so immersive and atmospheric. I love the choice to have Stanley arrive after Falcon and Stuart; you change things where you need to for the story's sake, but you're also SO utterly faithful to the source material in all the ways that matter. Marthwaite and Arlesdale look STRAIGHT out of the illustrations, and the harbor is my favorite; I love how you can see Edward and a ferry in the background. SO cool!!

Stanley sure puts in a lot of Americanism into the British atmosphere. Why couldn't they cut him some slack?

Great fun this is. Grange hill music fitted amazingly well! It definetely feels like a very canon beginning for Stanley, newcomer being assumed to be an efficient runner both in traction and personality

Thus far an interesting take of the Stanley story. You definitely made him a jerk from the start (even before we notice his gauging issues), while not making the other Mid-Sodor engines saints at the same time.

Psychologists use Rorschach tests. We Thomas fans use Stanley's story as a test.
