I don't believe I've ever seen a cutting mat that spotless.
Great video.

This was a great tutorial Kreg! It’s perfect timing with the issues that Bare Metal Foil is having. Thanks for sharing! 💯🔥🙌🏾💯💪🏾

I can’t believe no one else has jumped in there and took a share of the BMF market

I saved this video for future reference. I've watched a few other diy foil videos and in my opinion yous is the best. I think the roller is the trick! Keep up the good work and thanks for the great advise.

Hi Kreg:  I made my first batch of BMF.  One thing I noticed with most of the home brew BMF is that when it is peeled off the paper it wants to curl up which makes it hard to handle.  The reason it does this is that it needs to be partially annealed.  To do this the piece of foil you are going to use needs to be placed flat on a cookie sheet in a 450 degree oven for 30 minutes.  The oven is then turned off and the foil is allowed to cool completely in the oven before removing it.  This annealing removes the “spring” in the metal which causes it to curl up.

Excellent to show for those who are first starting out Kreg!!! Only thing I do different is that I take my "wallpaper" roller from Amazon and roll the foil FIRST! That way I never waste any foil. I will also roll it when I flip to the "dull" side too. I always end up with an absolutely flat piece of "Metal Foil!!!!"

Awesome tutorial Kreg!

I had to take a moment to say thanks. I will certainly try this.

This was a great video. I'll try this out in an up-and-coming build
