I also ordered the three course menu for lunch. Started with the Caesar salad. The parmesan crips were quite good, but it's a Caesar salad, so nothing that impressive. Second course was the Wellington and i found it to be bland. Last was the sticky toffee pudding which was amazing.
We like a couple other Ramsay restaurants in Vegas more than HK. HK feels too touristy. Ramsay Steak at the Paris is much better for the same price point.
HE IS BANKING ON VIEWER'S OF THE SHOW FLOCKING TO THE RESTAURANTS. If the restaurants existed on their own merit they would be out of business.
