Deep Purple This is the greatest band that ever was, is, and will be.
I was born in the USSR. I was expelled from school and even put on a police record just because I was — and still am — a fan of this band.
If only you knew how difficult it was to get a record or even a tape of this band back in the Soviet times. We managed to find them somehow, even posters.
The Soviet Union has been gone for a long time, but the band is still here.
Thank you for everything!

All great gentlemen.
I miss Ritchie Blackmore there....and Jon Lord

Deep Purple forever.

Nick Simper absolutely should have been inducted. He played bass on the first 3 albums. Listen to his bass playing on the deep purple song chasing shadows. Good work

David Coverdale Completely makes his Mark and Statement in a Powerful and Confident Manner.

Born in '59--I got to experience Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath release albums during my teens :)

They deserve most long ago

Ritchie Blackmore and John Lord are the main and original sound of Deep Purle

A magnificent band.  The music will live on forever

Essa banda mudou muita coisa em mim, forjou alguns gostos que ainda tenho e me trouxe alguns sonhos, que ainda sonho. Carry on… Deep Purple!
