Saws tested in 3 events: 2 cutting speed tests on 4x4 lumber and 1 test on hardwood. Battery charge time and run time under continuous load, noise level, and no load sprocket speed tested. Just found the first chainsaw showdown video. This is how you do a comparison. No BS right to the point and quickly answers all questions. I love this guy.
I’m so sick of watching product comparisons and I gotta see 30 minutes of a guy unboxing his item and talking on and on.

Purchased the Echo 8 months ago. I've run chainsaws professionally for many years. Wear and tear on my arm and shoulder when starting had me checking out cordless saws. We've always used commercial grade Sthils and Husqvarna's so I was a bit concerned about the Echo's performance. That said I'm very impressed, runs like a demon, really as good as your tests suggest. No issues after lots of brush clearing and multiple cords of firewood.

The one huge advantage I can see with the dewalt is the ability to use their tool line as well.... Echo, not so much. While it was a very good saw, the versatility of the dewalt (while only being slightly behind the echo) seems to be the better value
