Some questions:
Are the glossaries two-way? I.e. If I add a term to the Spanish-English glossary, will the translation show up if interpreting from English to Spanish?
Is it suitable for private meetings? Is the transcript uploaded to your server, or does everything work offline?
If I already have Dragon NaturallySpeaking, can its engine be used with your tool?
