Hi friends! I'm Amy, and today we're making copycat Girl Scout Thin Mints! I love these cookies, and I buy tons of these every year, but I still always run out and have to wait for next year to roll around. We're making these at home so we can get our Girl Scout cookie fix all year long! Let's get cooking!
