I'm an American and he is cracking me up because I can recognize that he is having the same experience that I have with Chocolate Hobnobs. You dip it in your tea and take 1 bite....then you realize you have to have another bite... then another ...and another. Then,at some point you make those faces ,and say...mmmm,this is good. Those biscuits really grow on you. They are so good!! I'm in Tennessee and thankfully PG Tips and Chocolate Hobnobs are both available here. All you Brits out there really know what you're doing with this tea and biscuit thing you've got going on! All I can say is 😘 Thank you British people!!

It's 2025 and on my day off I'm watching a guy eating UK biscuits on the internet and I'm actually entertained.

This man was having an out of body experience 😂

We were all just waiting for that face, weren’t we? 😂

Now you know why we Brits are addicted to tea ☕️.

Guys!  Get a room!   :)

You should have watched Peter Kay's biscuit sketch for your introduction to Hobnobs 😂

As per Google, there's no equivalent in the US to UK stile Flapjacks. "A traditional UK flapjack is a dense, baked oat bar made with oats, butter, and golden syrup".

Just give me minute. 😢 Just discovered that one of my favourite biscuits growing up, was discontinued in 2006. R.I.P Abbey Crunch.

A lot of british biscuits are designed to go with tea, hence we have 'Tea & Biscuits' when people visit. Some biscuits are nice with coffee, but tea is like MSG for biscuits and just emhances the flavour.

The dark chocolate ones are elite

The "Y" in "Ye" represents the old English letter "thorn" which had the sound of "th".

Ye is therefore pronounced "the", but that isn't as much fun.

You're really making me see these simple kitchen cupboard staples in a new light.

Now imagine how quick a packet can disappear in a house of 3.

Could eat a whole packet by myself but you get two if your lucky 😂

Those noises made me log out and back in via a VPN 😂

'Flapjack' is yet another word that has a very different meaning in our two places.  There, basically a pancake, here, a soft cereal bar made of oats and something like molasses.

I really love your videos, we smile when you say "show me on the map".

As far as I’m aware, pretty much all British biscuits are actually made for tea. Or they at least consider how it will be with tea when creating it

Have a look at Peter Kay talking about biscuits

This gave me joy❤️ Love from 🇬🇧
