The YouTube series is the kit. Making the tools so you’re not spending hundreds before you ever build a chair.
The backed stool course is the actual chair. The plans are now added as we progress with the build. Just polishing up the next chapter.

That is just amazing! Im so excited to learn how to make this, as using a shave horse has been a nightmare for me so far. Can’t wait to see how I do with this approach. Many thanks for your videos!

Great video! I just made one of these using your instructions. I ended up using a HSS makita planer blade coz it was nice and thick and cheap and had lots of cutouts for mounting to the bed.

I hardly ever comment on video's, but I could watch a few seasons of this as a series. Just started woodworking for the first time at 39 and this is the type of woodworker I wanna be. Cup of tea and some chiseling.
