There are so many videos for yarn reviews or individual pattern reviews, but your videos feel unique in that you're giving analysis of several patterns, rather than a critical review. I personally don't need to see yet another review of the Ranunculus (great pattern, I knit one for my sister last Christmas). I enjoy the synopsis of each pattern with the focus on the value, and I appreciate that you include the free alternatives for patterns that don't pass the rubric. I look forward to it every week 🙂

The Darling Cardigan also includes the Ruke Cast Off method, which was something I hadn’t heard of before, it is a nice alternative to an Italian bind off. I agree that you can find a free pattern, but the pattern includes an entire video with step by step instructions. If it was the first time you were trying a double knit button band or picking up stitches, etc. it would be worth the money.

Hi. I have a top down and bottom up knitting book by Anne budd. She gives a general recipe with stitch count for different weights of yarn and different bust sizes . I have knit up few sweaters and cardigans. Now a days I buy only those patterns which in my opinion have a new( to me) technique or construction . Thanks a ton for your videos .

Great review! Like in any other circumstance, we have to shop around to get the value we want and this is super helpful, thanks. When I see a pattern I like, I also look at the status of the projects: frogging is a very influential factor for me, usually 10% is a no-no pattern for me.
