More rolling content please!

Jiu Jitsu ASMR. It felt like an 18 min meditation session

It would be awesome to get a video like this with some commentary over the top of it, explaining their thought processes and what they are trying to achieve!

Super slow and careful iso rounds. No rough play. Taking time to figure out every stuck spot. This is the way to train. I thought I was rolling slow and flow, but now I realize that I can take out way more energy and effort.

Gordon really is on another level. The subtle nuance in his game are incredible to watch.
Great music.
Good stuff. 🙏

Gordon seems like a good and humble training partner. Let's people get a lot of things on him

I much prefer this type of rolling footage than two 20 year olds backflipping over each other.

This is great for thinking and longevity

Make a pure rolling Roy Dean style, please.

Dima and the B Team... we know you're watching..

Awsome way to learn - slow down

Awesome choice of background music - made the roll even more enjoyable/graceful to watch/learn/study🙏

Gordon Ryan’s infinitely good at Jiu Jit-su.

7:18 Gordon acknowledge a good heel slip. World Class jiu jitsu

I am a white belt in BJJ. I started about eight months ago. I love your channel. Thank you for the videos. I really learned a lot from the one where you trained the world’s strongest men.

Man that last detail for defending outside heel hook is so good.

Love that Patrick is training with New Wave!

Yea this is good content. Ive been preaching about Gordons mat IQ since way before anyone knew who he was. If you watch this exchange although they aren't going hard you can see Gordon is always several steps ahead. He does a LOT of what Roger used to do as well. ie: that omoplata escape, head diving in towards the crotch, classic Roger. Just insane mat IQ here. He is playing chess and most people are playing Checkers. Also note, Gordon isn't even in top shape here. Just another level.

I could watch you all day, Gordon! You have inspired a lot of ppl, thanks for your videos.

That is some of the smoothest rolling I have ever seen. Playful even. Perfectly in zone 2 heart rate.  The most maximized way to develop myelin.  I had to destroy 3 blue belts at full effort (old man brown belt here) this morning.  What I wouldn’t do for 45 minute rolls like that.
