Just pick one, either Japanese or English and considering the rest of this story is in English (or was translated to it) then just stick with that n use English jutsu names.
Example- Fire style- Great fireball.
The only acceptable use of both languages would be to use Japanese for the elemental style I.e. Katon, Futon, etc.... and English for the actual jutsu I.e. Great fireball, Great breakthrough, mud wall, etc.... (example- Katon- Great fireball).
FANFICS ARE FOR FANS! So the people interested in this story will primarily be fans of Naruto and are going to know enough to recognize the techniques to some degree even if they're in Japanese.
