Murderers and rapists should get the automatic life, with no parole possible, if they refuse to disclose the location of the person or persons that they murdered. My heart breaks for Michelle's daughter. I just cannot fathom that type of pain. The not knowing would absolutely eat me up for the rest of my life. You can see the presence of that very raw pain in her daughter's eyes still to this very day.

Those convicted of murder in cases where the body has yet to be located should not be paroled or released from prison until they give up the location. I realize if that were the law it wouldn’t change things in this case bc he died in prison, but for others this could bring loved one’s remains home.

What a stupid law that won't let the police interview him once he's extradited to the UK?! 😤

@JesusSportsNature 8 months ago

With his history and all that evidence for murder he only get 33 years?

What a societal menace! That monster should NEVER have been walking around free, with a criminal history like that!

It sickens me that some murderers would be so cruel as to even deny the victims' family their bodies to bury, holding that one remaining source of power over them till the day they die in prison (or, too often, free).

The daughter is so heartbroken literally made me cry…pls let them bring her mom home she needs peace 😭

The police dropped the ball on the investigation. Why wasn't he brought back and interviewed?

He was 44-years-old, had 23 prior offenses, including very serious offenses, and he was "a glass collector in a pub." So his entire existence was about causing pain and suffering to other people. This creep should HAVE NEVER been on the street. He should have already been stored in a cage FOR LIFE.

Such a heartbreaking story. RIP Michelle.

How can they sit there and act surprised and shocked when a criminal walks into court and pleads not guilty? Fun fact criminals are in fact criminals they don't care about the law and they most certainly don't care if the victims family are butt hurt over them not wanting to go to prison because they are criminals.

This is the judges fault no way that monster should of been out free and working with that record smh

Michelle’s daughter was absolutely correct, you never think something this terrible will happen to your family. That happens to other families. So unbelievably sad

So much for the “justice system” that makes protecting the rights of a criminal more important than protecting that of innocent women. First he commits a rap sheet of violent crimes against women and instead of locking him up forever, he was released until he killed that poor woman. And even then they have laws protecting his rights to not be interviewed or spoken to as a criminal. So appalling all round.

☆ That was heartbreaking. What a bitter death. She was so full of life that she shone like the sun.☆

It’s devastating to watch a family carry that endless “not knowing.” This case shows how the system can fail victims twice, first by letting predators roam or get light sentences, then by denying families closure when offenders never reveal where the body is. If we call it justice while leaving loved ones in limbo, we’re fooling ourselves, tougher rules for disclosure and real victim-centered support are long overdue.
