Okay so for dyle... He's basically an infected survivor who can resist the brain fog? Neat considering his og twisted form made him look actually sane and aware of what's going on

This actually makes sense. The backrooms archive also mentions this. The Backrooms exist across an infinite number of Universes meaning any number of Beings can exist in the backrooms. This means Sonic as Sonic.exe, Zelda with benned drowned, and possibly even dandys world, Likely exist as a More dangerous version!

Welcome to Dandyrooms

Backroooms entity 29, aka the blubcats are spherical cat thingys. Their color also effects what they do

You forgot about Level 974: Kitty’s House

Step 1 : always peek corners
Step 2 never run when it’s necessary
step 3 : stay quiet
Step 4 : stay calm
Step 5 : never trust anyone unless if they don’t have anything black on their body
Step 6 : try to find a way not to enter level run for your life, the monochrome forest and electric zone
Step 7 : never hesitate to stay in a room that’s nearby an entity
Step 8 : find a way to get to level 3999

And that concludes my step how to survive the backrooms!

Hopefully…
