I NEED them to react to the OG!AU, imagine the pain of realising you could've been a hero if you just kept your hope for a few more hours. That he would've been the greatest hero, who would've stopped so many horrible things from happening (bc i'm 100% sure that Todoroki would be mean instead of kind, Uraraka would've been scared as hell from the Exam. Kirishima wouldnt have been inspired by him saving Bakugo in middle school, Bakugo would've lost all genuine wish of becoming a hero, OFA would've been given to Mirio, which would've meant a lot of risk during the fight with Overhaul, Iida would probably be dead, Kota would be dead, Aoyama would've cracked under the pressure of being the UA traitor and Class 1-A wouldnt have the same spark it has in the OG!AU at all.
On the other hand, Shigaraki would've had Deku about his doubts and goals from a villain perspective instead of a hero one, leading to a much more resolved conclusion, perhaps Bakugo would've been kidnapped for different reasons from canon (Since the canon reason was his violent refusal to accept the first place medal), Bakugo would've either won the sports festival without any of the "trouble" he had (considering Todoroki wouldnt have used his fire at all) or he would've ended up in a random lower place because there isnt any Deku to fight. If the calm 1st place happened, Deku would've gone "I need him kidnapped and a part of the LOV to prove to myself that he's the villain" or in the random place situation, he would've been all like "WHAT THE HELL??? WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU'RE IN PLACE 15TH OR WHATEVER??? ARE YOU KATSUKI BAKUGO OR WHAT???" demanding answers for questions he's not really entitled to, yet desperate to know. Perhaps he would've even been demoted to Class 1-B, leaving Shinso and Monoma in Bakugo and Midoriya's places. The class president could be anyone, the war would've led to Tamaki being killed to rile up Mirio, perhaps Nejire aswell. Toga would've gone off the rails without anyone to stop her (since Uraraka would've been far colder due to her classmates dying to villains), the hero killer would've been captured way later, Dabi would've been able to kill Shoto due to him not reaching his full potential and not having Iida, Deku would've probably had a fight very similar to Togachako's with Bakugo, Gentle Criminal would've snuck into UA and i'm not even sure if All Might would've been alive to see a good chunk of this stuff (bc without Deku's help, there was a big chance he would've lost the fight in USJ) (Maybe Aizawa wouldnt even be their teacher)

I really like how everytime deku gets an ounce of kindness from the others, he tenses and questions why  theyre being so nice as he sees himself less than them in every way possible but still having them being so kind and worrying about him is so sweet and wholesome and i need atleast one of them ( not bakugo bc hes not saying much ) to hug deku and tell him hes worth it :)
