One summer I was an AC for my son’s baseball team, HC of my daughter’s rec and allstar softball teams, working 30 hours wk and taking three college courses. I was past frazzled. At the end of the summer we had the allstar team party when I started hurting in the low left side of my abdomen. Within 30 minutes I couldn’t stand, sit or lay down without pain. Our friends took our kids and my husband took me to the ER. I had a large cyst on my ovary that was about to burst. School started the next day and my husband had to work so I spent three days alone in a hospital bed. My family visited for an hour every night. When it was time to discharge me I didn’t want to go 😂.
Leanne is right. It was like going to a spa. Except for the IV in the back of my hand that was the most restful three days I had since I got pregnant with our son 14 years earlier. I even enjoyed the food because I didn’t have to shop, cook or clean any of it. Oh, good times lol

Becky here. That`s funny. I lived in Cross Plains TN when my youngest child was born in Feb. 1986. We had to get a neighbor to pull us out of our driveway to go to the hospital because we were snowed in.
