The 15 Rarest Encounters in Skyrim You've Probably Never Triggered | Bedtime Lore
Most players fast-travel right past them—but Skyrim is hiding a hundred quiet, unsettling secrets in its corners. Tonight we wander off the beaten path to uncover 15 of the rarest encounters in the game: the ghost who mistakes you for a god, the headless rider who only appears after midnight, the loyal dog waiting beside a dead master, the child vampire feeding on a lonely road, the Dremora pirate king chained beneath the College, and a level-80 warrior begging you to send him to a heaven he can never reach.
Settle in, dim the lights, and let these forgotten little stories carry you off to sleep. No spoilers-first, no rushing—just calm, third-person lore for slow nights.

13:42 Not for you, but the farmer and his wife dies a grim death.
It was not only because of love but living alone in that Sanctuary with only the Nightmother's dead body took it’s toll.
I take that good boy home and have one of my children keep him. Then I keep him at home with them
"Hjalti" is not "Jawlty". Think of the j in the name "Hjalti" like the j in the German word "ja". It's this way in "Jarl" and "Jorrvaskr" as well.
I mean, the game itself gives the correct pronunciations.
Why does the voice struggle so much with getting "Whiterun" right? Makes it sound like "Whiter run".
No, I am not like you.
Two hours long? I turned your pathetic drivel off before thirty seconds.
And fortunately for me, I never have to look at your filth again
