The amount of time they took and the calmness smells to me. I'd be speaking to the guy who owns the unit.... wouldn't surprise me if he knew these fellas.

It was probably fitted with new number plates and on a Traveller site within the hour.

As an ex security engineer we used to fit duel-tec detectors in a place like that and a master blaster audible device and believe me if those babies go off you don't want to be around they sounded like the old air raid sirens and boy were they loud. A duel-tec detector had to be triggered in 2 ways 1. Infra red movement and sound and the frequency of the sound was set for a human body walking through the detection zone so no birds, rodents or pets could trigger the system.

When storeing a caravan take all the wheels off and put low blocks on 👍🇬🇧

Two cheeky chappies looking for a new home, that's all. I bet it's the nicest one in the camp.

Ring security camera would have pinged a notification. They new the caravan was located and therefore looks like a inside job.

Shift weight to the back of the caravan when keeping them in storage makes the tail wag the dog 😉

Don't know about loud alarms, I'm at the end of a night shift just watching YouTube to while away the last half hour, I just about shit when that grinder went off 🤣

They are not selling these, they are living in them . ROMANY. Thats why they don't worry about the etched numbers on the windows. Police rarely go into the camp sites to check.

I thought caravans had etched windows and a micro chip since 1998, probably wrong I usually am 🤣

I was on a motorway service area once we were parked opposite a 4x4 with a nice caravan behind it .we went to get a coffee and as we got back a transit van pulled up next to the 4x4 two guys got out unhitched the caravan and put it on the transit van .We ran across to the highways agency office told them what had gone on gave them the reg number of the transit ,They just said its nothing to do with us we are not the police .you could have knocked me down with a feather .They did volunteer to pass the information on to the police ,
