Hi Phil. Another great video showing the trials and joys of angling. It’s so long since I fished Westlow Mere, I can’t remember. One thing we have in common is the language we use when we lose one 😉 Thank you for sharing look forward to the next one.

It really pays to keep moving and keep switching up tactics, fish high, fish deep, fish slow, fish fast, big fly little fly, move up and then back, great video 👍👍

Great video, Molly is the star. Not just the regular video of cast and fish on editing, full of useful information. Glad you had a good day.

Had no idea the shallows was made into Carp fishing! Might have to pop down and give it a go

Would try smaller flys

@matthewbates-kb5di 2 years ago

Would never fly fish without glasses, I've made a million fly casts and twice I've been been smacked in the specs, the last time, recently, a 4mm damsel fractured my lens, and I'm a specs warer so have reinforced lenses, without them, id probably have lost an eye.

Great video! Tried to catch the names of the buzzers but couldn’t catch it. Do you sell a small stillwater nymph set?

Great video mate ive learned a bit from it when i fish the snake/leach it tends to sit on top of the water dosent sink much at all ive tried wetting it before i cast but like i say dosent sink a lot is this normal for this pattern or should it sink really deep and fast
