But the thing about going to church with bare shoulders is a horrifying thought to me too 😅
Our family was never super religious but my mum is a pastors child so I believe that is where it comes from.
I was taught from a young age that if you are going into church your shoulders have to be covered, no cleavage and the skirt/ trousers have to be below the knee so you don’t show those kneecaps 😅
I am not religious but I still get the clutching my pearls reaction if anyone has a tank top or a shorter skirt on in a church 😅
Any how, my brother experienced a similar thing in high school as me but he was dropped on his head at a young age during a purely innocent attempt at trying to understand catapults using a see saw. So he went through with the baptism and joined the mormon church and married a mormon girl and raised a mormon family. I had no idea about these temple garments, but now I do. Muahaha tomorrow he is getting a call and I'm asking him if he's wearing his magic underwear. 😈
