Ingredients for the orange sauce
30 g onions
20 g butter
20 g tomato paste
50 ml orange juice
1 pinch of salt and sugar
1 pinch of thyme, mugwort, or marjoram
100 ml water or stock
1 teaspoon of vegetable broth powder
