Attorney Timur Idalov, who flew from Moscow to the Irkutsk region to provide legal assistance to prisoners at Penal Colony No. 2 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Irkutsk region, recently left Penal Colony No. 2 and spoke to Vladimir Osechkin, founder of Gulagu.net, about the prisoners' complaints about beatings and sadistic behavior by staff at the facility, which is supposed to be a correctional facility but is in fact a torture center. According to information gathered at IK-2, Sakharovsky, Burov, Stankevich, N.N. Avzalov, Korneichuk, Bersesyan, Sokolovsky, Kamnev, Khamza, Badalov, and others were subjected to beatings by IK-2 staff. Anton Samara, an operational director at the Federal Penitentiary Service's Main Directorate for Security and Operations, is also playing an active role in tightening the regime. He is the former deputy head of the torture facility at IK-1, where prisoners brought naked from IK-15 in April 2020 were brutally tortured and raped en masse.
During a live broadcast and video conference with Vladimir Osechkin, lawyer Timur Idalov was repeatedly approached by Penal Colony No. 2 staff, who attempted to obstruct the human rights defenders' communication. This included the acting head of Penal Colony No. 2, Alexander Parygin, who harbors a personal grudge against prisoners and uses sadistic methods, beatings, and torture, carefully camouflaging this as the supposedly legitimate use of physical force and special equipment. Parygin repeatedly attempted to obstruct Idalov's communication with a colleague and unlawfully demanded that the lawyer stop communicating via video conference, despite the fact that no law in Russia prohibits this type of communication.
Attorney Idalov also stated that sadists react very sensitively to criticism and revelations on the Gulagu.net channel, as reported to the attorney by Colonel Ladan, Acting First Deputy Head of the Federal Penitentiary Service (GUFSIN). We exposed his sadism in 2020 by publishing an official video from Pretrial Detention Center No. 4 of the Kemerovo Region GUFSIN, which he was assigned to in 2017. In that video, pretrial detention center and GUFSIN staff beat and humiliated prisoners. It's clear that Colonel Ladan is a cog in the vast torture machine operating within the FSIN, and the country's leadership, instead of dismissing sadists and prosecuting them, is promoting them. This is now Vladimir Putin's state policy, and the shift toward a more stringent regime in Russian prisons is now obvious to everyone.

Во время прямого включения и общения по видеосвязи с Владимиром Осечкиным, к адвокату Тимуру Идалову неоднократно подходили сотрудники ИК-2, которые пытались воспрепятствовать общению правозащитников, в том числе к адвокату подходил врио начальника ЕПКТ ИК-2 Александр Парыгин, который испытывает личную неприязнь к заключённым и применяет садистские методы, избиения и истязания, тщательно камуфлируя это под видом якобы законного применения физической силы и спец.средств. Парыгин неоднократно пытался помешать общению адвоката Идалова с коллегой и предъявлял к адвокату незаконное требование прекратить общение по видеосвязи при том, что ни один закон в России не запрещает данного вида общения.
Также адвокат Идалов рассказал, что садисты очень болезненно реагируют на критику и разоблачения на канале Gulagu.net, о чём адвокату сообщил в том числе врио первого заместителя начальника ГУФСИН полковник Ладан, садизм которого мы разоблачали в 2020 году, опубликовав служебное видео из вверенного ему на 2017 год СИЗО-4 ГУФСИН по Кемеровской области. На тех кадрах сотрудники СИЗО и ГУФСИН избивали заключённых и унижали их. Очевидно, что полковник Ладан является одним из винтиков в большом пыточном механизме, который действует внутри ФСИН, и руководство страны вместо увольнения садистов и организации в отношении них уголовного преследования повышает их в званиях и должностях. Это уже государственная политика Владимира Путина и уклон в сторону ужесточения режима в российских тюрьмах очевиден теперь всем.
