People who say YouTube is easy, should see how much hard work this guy has done to create this series and then rethink on their opinion. Amazing series bruh ! 🔥

Bro i am a big foodie from Peshawar, you are right Nisar charsi has not the same taste , the best place for Mutton Tikka is “Karkhano phattak” in Peshawar where you tried Baba Walli pulao !

The whole series of Food ka Pakistan by RHS bhai in accordance with inDriver App was a real excellence I have seen yet in YouTube. Chiraag lekar dhoondne par bhi aise behtareen creators nhi milenge, I appreciate your efforts and hardwork done to produce the series Hamza Bhai. I loved the whole series and got to know about different some yet explored and some not explored palatable and mouthwatering cuisines of Pakistan. Lots of love from India. You will soon reach 1 Million subscribers, because you deserve it.

What I really love about you and that's the one thing that keeps me checking YouTube everyday if there are any new videos from you is - you speak out everything by heart. Jo Dil ko lage sahi hai, Bol do. Your honesty in Food Blogging is something I would say that I found out after Andrew Zimmern, Anthony Bourdain & Rick Stein. Similarly your's there's only one more person like you in India is Kripal Amanna. Do Keep up the Goof Work.

I'll agree with you on the taste of Nisar Charsi Tikka. I recently went there too but the meat was comparitively hard and less tasty compared to my previous visits.

I am regular visitor to Peshawar but my experience to nisar charsi was on Dec 2021 that was first and last.
I've also tried from other cooks in namak mandi and they use little bit spices to enhance the taste. Spices are natural products that enhance the taste of food.
About tenderness of meat on karahi it take lots of time to get it soft.
I've not seen the locals of Peshawar at nisar charsi.

Pulow: the one he ate first was dam pukht pulow
The second one was kabuli pulow.
The first one is mixed bones stock and bone marrow that's why it is more juicy.

Overall: most authentic and genuine vlog
