Thank you for your very detailed and slow demonstration!! I almost swore off making fair isle knits on my Addi machine because I kept dropping the stitches with the 2 colors and I was pulling my hair out lol. Thank you so much! I’m going to try this again!!!

I think I could do this rib.....I can't repair ladders because I always create a purl column instead 🙄🙄 so it should be pretty easy

Beautiful hat. Your videos are always to clear and easy to follow. Instead of using a crochet hook I use a latch tool from my flat bed knitting machines. They come in various sizes for standard, mid gauge and chunky gauge. The chunky latch tool is better for the yarn you are using and are not easy to find and very reasonably priced.

Yes, speaking as someone who first opted for the Sentro machine and immediately fell in love with how efficient a knitting machine is, I used it a lot and within a very short amount of time, the Sentro plastic parts started wearing down and I even replaced the crank 3 times and it just never improved. It gradually declined in functionality to the point that I couldn’t even complete one round. So, yeah, when I was able to afford an Addi machine, I bought it and have absolutely loved every second of using it! It’s German made and the quality is unparalleled. Sorry, the Sentro is Chinese made and the plastic wears out too quickly. So, if you’re never really going to use it, then a Sentro machine is fine. But if you want to make some really cool knitting items a lot, especially if you want to sell them, just get the superior one…you won’t regret it! It will save you endless hours of frustration, trust me!

My Sentro 48 broke, I cleaned it etc. It just won't work. Bought an Addi 46. I'm finding that the hats are too small for most heads. Would I then make panels and sew them together? Can you make a video on this or explain how to do this??? It would help many people I'm sure. Thank you!
