It’s not for beginners because you never showed what you mixed the paint with 😔

I quite like the look where the running paint misses and you get bits of clear glass .Great idea and charity shops here I come

It would have been nice to know the mixture..paint to water

I also pour on vases and other glass objects and it is incredibly easy. Instead of using a stick to 'spread' the paint in areas where it streams past, I use the cup itself, since the paint is already in it and the colors match. I just touch the edge of the cup to those areas and the paint complies! As for skins from the drippings, I'm doing a project with my grandkids with circles cut out of the skins that get glued to a black base to create a fantasy galaxy. Different sizes of circles for different planets and they can be any colors the kids choose. Stars are created with a toothbrush sprinkled white before the planets go on. White glue is used to affix the planets, because it works well with acrylics. The final project is sprayed with a clear spray gloss.

So David, concerning the leftovers on the bottom of the tub, I collect mine. I find that they peel off nicely and I hang them on an indoor clothesline and let them cure and then layer them between sheets of wax paper. Then I get a canvas board and some Elmer's glue all and create some abstract art. So it is never a waste of paint it is material for a future project.

Beautiful

Beautiful vase

When I painted a vase I actually rolled it in a thinned white base just before I began pouring to help the paint flow evenly down the glass this really helped the paint flow better and I also had it on a lazy susan so I could slowly turn it while pouring

I would have dipped coasters into the leftover dripped paint.  I love the colors.  Beautiful!

Beautiful.  However, you never told us what you put in the paints and how much.

Do you mix anything with your paint, such as water,or the you can buy the paint ready to pour?

Beautiful work

If you do a thin layer of white, or any thinned solid color, your pour will run more evenly and you’ll have less waste.  Beautiful colors.

Love the colors.
Very nice

What’s the best way to seal the vase when it’s dry and how long after you pour do you seal the vase?

What did you mix the acrylic paint with? I've seen it mixed with floetrol, Elmer's glue water and silicone?

Gorgeous!! Did you mix the paint with Floetrol?

Oooooh!! I love it, I'd love to try this.

What did you mix your paints with I also live in U.K.  and use Hobby Craft but they don’t have much in the way of pouring mediums. Iv just started doing vases.

very ecological
