yeah the excessive crossovers ruin it, the whole sekirei part really killed it, incomplete chakra networks till they find their destined ones is an idiotic plot point....then theres the pointless flashbacks to add bloat (which, face it, is pretty much 90% of all flashbacks in any story)

then theres the fact the writer only knows how to use 'said', he never uses asks or replied when theyre needed, just said
