okay but truthfully you’d be the best taskmaster contestant go on it now this is a threat

Somehow the janky physics feels very in the spirit of Taskmaster

Dan doing the egg task was basically exactly like a task from the show. The elaborate set up at the start, disassembling that elaborate set up in favor of a crazy scheme that seems unlikely to work, the near triumph followed by despair, and then finally the sarcastic one point awarded from Greg

That Melon part was the most taskmaster part of the entire video where dan put in the entire code, went back to the scales and back to the chest before noticing the slice

I love how you can see the logic in some of the tasks that let you cheat.

Making a sandwich- The task STARTS when you are holding both spatulas. So you can get the bread, toast it, cook the meat, set everything out nice and easy to access. THEN pick up the spatulas and put it together.

Move the egg as far as you can before putting it in the frying pan.  Righht next to you is a coffee cup and a spatula. Put the Cup on the spatula, set up a box under thew tube. Have the egg fall into the cup, THEN pick up the spatula and balance the cup and egg as you walk as far away as you can.Carry the Pan in your other hand, when you're far away enough, drop the egg / cup into the frying pan.

The developers knew the show well, and they perfectly set it up for you to be cheeky about your solution.

What the fuck, I just started rewatching taskmaster

Appearing on Taskmaster, one more step cleared on Dans mission to become the Doctor Who showrunner.

"Time starts when you have a spatula in both hands."
My mind: [cheekily grabbing a single spatula and moving stuff around the kitchen]

Dan please, come back and finish this as a series! It's been so long!

If the task only starts when you have a spatula in both hands, you OBVIOUSLY start using only one spatula. Have you never watched Taskmaster, Dan?!

oh id actually love to see nerd on taskmaster, imagine a series where all the contestants are youtubers

Us procrastinators can't wait until series 489! Petition to get Daniel on taskmaster soon! He would be amazing! Been excited about this video since he said he was going to do it! I would love to know who Daniel would love to be in the line up with him on taskmaster.

16:24 They nailed the ominous silent stare

"Im going to read it again because i wasnt paying attention" god i do that so much,

This game lacks one crucial element
The ability to make Alex do stuff for you lol
The egg one.
"Alex. Hold this pan please?"
Plop
"Now, can you take it inside and fry it please?"

Out of all the people I watch play video games that I can't on YouTube, Nerd³ always delivers when it comes to VR games. You really know how to make VR games look crazy fun Mr Cubed.

Of all the Taskmember contestants, I could totally see you just having a lie down mid task, cuddly toy and all

If the task was to make a sandwich using only the spatulas, surely it should have been a spatula sandwich?

i would murder for more of this

felt a little iffy about them releasing a tie in game...but honestly based on this Taskmaster in VR might actually be perfect
