A Drift Games Documentary | EP1 The worst day of our lives...

Drift Games

2024 was the most dramatic year in Drift Games history. From building Lamborghini drift cars with Liberty Walk, to a devastating fire burning our dream garage to the ground. The highs were incredibly high: Tokyo Auto Salon, street drifting in Japan, building Nissan Slivias and Nissan Skylines etc. So we decided to throw all our favorite pre-fire clips into one video so you guys can enjoy the drifting, car builds and mayhem. Stay tuned for part 2 coming soon!

Make sure you let us know your favorite moment from this video in the comments!

Paused in the ashes, took a breath.. and absolutely sent it. Stronger and harder than ever before. Welcome to 2025. This year is going to be unbelievable.

Thanks for making this video. I only came to Drift Games after the fire, so I didn't know the "back story" fully, but I have become invested in the rebuilding of Drift Games. Thank you for having such heart and passion for what you do. The very best of luck on and off the track in 2025 and beyond.

You guys suffered the absolute worst heartbreak n set back ever, and within the next 8 months you guys came back with a vengeance and came back better than ever. Dave, Josh, and everyone else in the DriftGames crew. You all should be so fucking proud of yourselves for pulling it out of the ashes and building something new again n finding the proper new home n im proud of the drift community for coming together to help make it happen. #wewillnevergiveup #driftgames

As somebody who only really came to the channel at the time of the fire, seeing all the stuff you guys got up to in the months beforehand made it even more heart-breaking than the first time I watched it all burn. But you guys didn't give up. You built it all back at least as good as before, if not better, and you finished the year on an absolute high. Genuinely one of the most inspiring things I've seen in ages. Can't wait to see what this next year brings!

I know no one will see this but the most shocking thing that came out of the fire is all the parts and engines that flooded the market not long after the fire, I’m not pointing any fingers but someone seemed to be getting rid of allot of rare JDM stuff cheap

I started watching you guys mid last year. Was good to see what you guys got up to pre fire. Really feel for you guys losing all of that progress. But seeing the new projects and club house you guys have really dug deep and been positive to rebuild really wish you guys the best of luck for 2025

Some seriously cool pieces of machinery and memorabilia lost 😢. That 3SGE+t S15 was seriously cool, and so too was the whole engine block.

You guys have bounced back from this amazingly. You got straight back up and pushed damn hard to close out 2024 - hats off to all of you.

2024 was the first season of drift masters that I watched. I heard about the fire before I started watching drift masters but didn't think much of it until I got into drift Masters and now drift games. It's heartbreaking for sure but I'm happy everyone is ok. It's hard watching this video knowing how pumped you guys were for this place and it's ultimate fate. I can't wait to see what y'all got for this year (2025) thanks for all this backstory.
