I love how Arch actually narrates the lore and adds his own opinions rather than being a glorified wiki text to speech device.

I for one sympathise with the Necrons’ desire to violently murder everything that moves after being woken up from a nice nap…

Necrons waking up be like "Hippity hoppity get the fuck off my property."

"The stain of Com...Tau-ism..."
I laughed so hard

Necron Tomb World Awakenings in a nutshell
Explorer: "Huh neat, a weird looking tomb thing... I wonder what would happen if I opened it..."
A few moments later
Explorer: "I regret all of my decisions..."

Tomb world awakens.
Tomb Lord: This is your eviction notice. You have.5 seconds to leave before your civilization is razed and replaced.
Imperial peasant: Wh-

Necron tomb world exists.

Mechanicist: I’m ah push all the buttons on the Xeno’s device just to see what it does!

Known as the ultimate form of “Get off my lawn!” to everyone else.

"The necrons dug to deeply and to greedily" I never thought I would compare dwarves and necrons lmfao. But very well put by 40k lore standards arch

"Tomb world awakens"
World is full of youngsters
Necrons: get off my lawn!!

I used to think the necrons were bad. Then my cat woke me up early on my day off. Now I understand why they get so cranky.

"Toaster fetishists invading your home" XD

Hey Arch! I have no idea if you’ll see this but your content is both a blessing and a curse! Can’t stop listening to it for weeks now because it’s so amazing and now I’m even having dreams about 40K(which is both as awesome and as terrible as you might believe lol). Keep up the good work, easily one of my favorite YouTubers!

Or an Ork fleet warping in violently (as orks tend to do) and "danger close" to a human occupied tomb world. Setting off Necron sensors and defense systems that begin rapid awakening process.

As with a certain Ciaphas Cain book depicts just that scenario.

2:48 there after green lazers XD

Ah the Necrons, the angry old men of the 40k universe.

"Rise and shine Timmy, today I want to teach you how to kill the voles in our field using  explosives!" "Daddy, is that a good idea?" "It's totally safe Timmy. What could possibly go wrong?"

Love the "how it feels like to..." that you give to the 40k lore. And love the glorious glorious Arch sardonic twist on it

The only Matt Ward retcon that's been widely accepted by the fanbase

Dear Arch, thank you for covering a tombworld AND covering a Dynasty awakening ( dynasty covered before the one minute mark - awaken , everything else dead, nekrons drink tea)
